Service Description
The first in the series of a few courses will include ankles, knees, necks, shoulders and wrists. This course is suited for beginners but also could also be very beneficial for intermediate practitioners or those with some knowledge or for those wanting to dive deeper into their yoga practice and learn about the distribution of energy and information through Bandha, Mudra and Musco-skeletal or other body system pumps. The course is based on 4x over a period of 4 weeks.
